Thank you to Grand-Auntie (ta da!) for hosting us for our first ever Texas reunion! I hope we'll do it again next year!
Kaden loved seeing his cousins, Erin and Megan. Erin was 3, Kaden just under 2, and Megan just under 1 year old at this event. They won't remember it, and who knows, as our memories go, maybe we won't either (hahaha), but we certainly have some good pictures to look at after all of the cameras finished flashing. Also at the reunion were Uncle Rich and Aunt Stacey, Granny J, Grandpa J and Grandma Lu, Cousins Ronnie and Julie, Grand-Auntie (ta da!), and some other friends who came along for the fun.
This was Kaden's last airplane ride without having to get a separate ticket. He loved it, of course, and luckily there was a baby sitting in front of us, so when he kicked the seats as toddlers always do, nobody complained. He did great most of the time, and slept almost the whole way there.
Playing with cousin Erin:
"So Megan, do you really think we should.....?"
"Yeah, let's go for it. Wheeee!"
"Where the heck did Ronnie go?" Kaden had us cracking up with all the new things he was saying. At our big dinner, he blurted this out after Ronnie left the table for a minute. He was also a skilled chair thief during this event. He'd grab your hand, make you think he wanted to go somewhere with you, and then run back and take your seat! :)

"Hold Grandpa's hand? Okaaaaay!" (At the NASA Space Center)
Mischief can be found anywhere when you are almost 2!
The best part was just hanging out with family.
We spent an evening reminiscing and going through old family photos.
Kaden said it best about how tired we all were at the end of the week.
