Halloween 2010

It's not too late to share more Halloween pictures, is it?

Kaden wasn't so sure about the pumpkin carving this year. He got his hands in there, but when we gave him the carving knife... oh wait, no. He had help with the actual carving...

We almost didn't go trick-or-treating. Kaden was tired, it seemed like a nice night to stay in, but in the end, we went to the other side of the stream to a neighborhood that was full on in the swing of Halloween! Grandpa and Grandma Lu were with us, and we had more fun watching Kaden learn what trick-or-treating is all about. At first he was shy, but then when he saw was was being put into his pumpkin, he got the idea quickly, and belted out "Trick-or-Treat" and thank yous at houses all up and down the block!

Ever since that night, we've been hearing about "the screamer". One house had more lights and decorations than all the rest combined, with music that could be heard from around the corner. Of course, right when we went by, the lights lit up a huge ghost they had made, and the CD let out a very loud scream! It made quite an impression on our little tiger!
