Oh, little K-Man! Gravity and other forces were not working for Kaden yesterday. Kaden had a 24 hour run-in with...everything! First he fell in the snow while we were sledding. It was pretty icy, and even though he fell in slow motion, he scraped up his nose. This is what he looked like when I dropped him off at his school in the morning:
By the end of the day, the scrape on his nose wasn't standing out anymore. At about 9:30 we got a call that Kaden was bitten by another child. She got him good - right on his cheek! Then at 1:30 we got another call telling us he nose-dived off the slide, and scraped up his forehead.
Here's what he looked like after he was attacked by the shark and swam to safety through a coral reef, squeezing through a tiny opening in the coral:
I think the whole thing was more traumatic for all of the adults involved than it was for Kaden. *sigh*
