Summer is behind us, and it's dark at 5:15 now. We still have amazing weather, tons of sunshine, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets to keep us feeling good, though. And now that we have our furniture and are finally getting settled in for real, it's time to start adding pictures to the blog, don't you think?

Kaden's first car! On this particular day, he told me he was driving to pick up his girlfriend. :)
We had a visit from a hawk, who spent a couple days perched in the tree right outside our door. We've seen other wildlife around here, too, including coyotes, raccoons, and some teenagers from the next building.
And finally, Friday. Oh, Friday! I managed to dig up my old Fuzzy Pumper Barber play dough toy from my childhood. I only have one left, but Kaden fell instantly in love with her and spent days perfecting her look. He named her Friday Saturday, or Friday, for short.
