Little signs, symptoms, etc...you're pregnant, duh!

In retrospect, my mother could possibly have realized she was pregnant with me while in Antigua. There were those sudden and sometimes prolonged carskick-like bouts of nausea, random spurts of fatigue, periodic light-headedness. Like being on a roller coaster after sucking down too many Nathan's hot dogs. Running out of steam for no apparent reason. The problem was, being in a foreign country with foreign bacteria, eating exclusively in restaurants and being at a fairly high elevation, it was too easy to mistake the symptoms of pregnancy with just being in Antigua, a mistake which my mother made. Oh well, I can forgive her, because she and my dad would find out the GOOD OL NEWS soon enough!

Btw...why do they call it morning sickness when it can happen all day long?
